Riggle Me That Productions is a nonprofit dedicated to opening doors for artists of all ages and backgrounds. We exist to ensure that creativity is not a privilege, but a right—offering opportunities, education, resources, and advocacy so every artist can thrive.
At the heart of our work is a belief in equity and community. We uplift both emerging and established voices, creating spaces where stories can be shared, skills can be nurtured, and dreams can take root.

Meet the Founders
Toby and Shayla Riggle are a husband-and-wife creative team dedicated to telling stories that inspire and unite. Their journey began in September 2014, when they first met on stage performing A Midsummer Night’s Dream in Hollywood, CA. What started as an artistic connection quickly grew into a lifelong partnership, and by March 2019, they were married.
In June 2021, their shared passion gave birth to Riggle Me That Productions—a home for bold storytelling across film, television, theater, gaming, and immersive digital spaces. With more than 30 years of combined experience in entertainment and nonprofit leadership, Toby and Shayla are committed to using their talent not just to create, but to serve their community—championing equity, opportunity, and the transformative power of the arts.
Their vision is simple yet profound: to ignite creativity, foster connection, and build a world where every artist has the chance to shine.
